I’ve spent a good deal of time using a data based approach to setting up our DevRel program in APAC. I’m going to tell you all about the data we looked at to create our research strategy, the strategy we used and the outcomes of it six months later.

We’ll look at content analytics, metrics from past events, having boot(h)s on the ground and increasing your product’s awareness in a region you don’t speak the language.
